Be it a buffet, finger food or multi-course menu, flying service or live cooking, we offer creative catering for all  tastes  and will spoil you and your guests with exquisite dishes.

As the saying goes, you eat with your eyes first and therefore we place great importance on creative catering and playing with flavours, colours  and shapes.

Our culinary delights are versatile, we combine traditional dishes from  Ticino and  Mediterranean cuisine with exotic twists, paying attention  to new trends in international wellness cuisine.

The menus range from classic to elaborate and are prepared in-house with exquisite ingredients from our Gabbani fine food stores.

We only use fresh and seasonal products in the preparation of our food, if possible from local  suppliers (zero km). Meat is carefully selected through  our own company and   is  certified.  We do not use frozen products, GMOs, dyes,  preservatives or artificial colourings.

All our dishes will be accompanied by a selection of fine wines, carefully picked   by our experienced sommeliers.
