The smell of fresh  bread  is most enticing and our Bakery shop offers  around 100 delicious varieties  every day.  The excellent quality and taste of our bakery products is based on  traditional craftsmanship combined with high-quality raw materials, free from all additives. Our  bakers use only the best  flour, fresh yeast, finest butter, cream and  milk from the region.

A speciality  of our range is the traditional, almost forgotten breads    from the Ticino region.  Thanks to the  initiative of Lino Gabbani and  the help of experienced master  bakers,  these breads have returned to the counter, made fresh every day in the Ticino valleys  with the  best ingredients, hand-formed and baked on  hot stones, such as Valle Maggia, Piotta, Val Colla,  San 'T Abbondio, Paiasse, available in various shapes and sizes.

Along with  hearty wholemeal bread , rye bread,  nut bread   and sour dough bread you will also find a large selection of brioches, croissants,  large and small savoury and sweet rolls and other types of Swiss bread .

For  sweet treats, our in-house bakery prepares fresh Swiss pastries every day, like Fruit Cake, Torta di Pane, Torta della Nonna, Amaretti, Pear Cake, Cheese and Chocolate cake, Mignons and Biscotti.

Depending on the season,  our Colomba and different types of Panettone  made  with mother yeast, as well as Amaretti and Amoretti , typical Swiss pastries  of our own production from Ticino, make great gift ideas.

Grissini, Taralli, Pane Carasau, Polenta nostrana, Pasta Gabbani and Pasta Verrigni complete our  wide range of  artisan  products.

Since 2015  our  Gabbani Gant  workshop    in Novazzano (former Vialetto) prepares delicious pastries every day , with great care, handcrafted and according to traditional   recipes.
